We'll prepare fresh pasta dough together, then Chef Michele will show you how to stretch it and shape different types by hand. You'll cook it, taste it, and leave with the skills to do it all at home.

Gnocchi Masterclass

Make three styles of gnocchi — potato, ricotta and semolina — all shaped by hand. From dough to plate, you'll cook and enjoy your creations as we go.

Arancini e Risotto

Make classic Sicilian arancini from scratch — shape, fill and fry them to perfection. Then Chef Michele guides you through the steps to cook the perfect creamy risotto.

Do I need any cooking experience to join?

Not at all! We welcome complete beginners and seasoned cooks alike. Chef Michele adapts the class to your skill level so everyone has a great time.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2–3 weeks' notice, but short notice may be possible depending on availability. Get in touch and we'll do our best.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary needs?

Yes — just let us know in advance and we'll adapt the class menu accordingly. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are always available.

What's included in the class?

A 3-hour hands-on session with welcome antipasto and prosecco, all ingredients, recipe cards to take home, and a sit-down meal of everything you've cooked. Optional wine pairing available.

Can we bring our own wine?

Absolutely! We can also recommend wine pairings based on your menu if you'd like suggestions.

Do you offer classes for corporate teams?
