How last-minute can you actually cater?

We regularly turn events around in 48 to 72 hours, and for smaller dinners we've delivered same-day. Call us with your date and guest count and we'll tell you honestly what's possible, immediately.

Does short notice mean a smaller or lower-quality menu?

No. We keep supplier relationships and kitchen capacity ready precisely so short-notice events don't compromise on quality. You get the same handmade pasta, fresh produce and authentic Italian menus as any planned booking.

My caterer just cancelled. Can you step in?

Yes, this is exactly what we're built for. Send us what you'd planned, the guest count and the date, and we'll rebuild a menu around it so your event goes ahead without your guests ever knowing there was a hiccup.

My guest numbers suddenly jumped. Can you scale up?

How much does last-minute catering cost?

Private dining starts from $110 per person, with corporate grazing and set menus from $25. Short notice doesn't automatically cost more, though very tight turnarounds may carry a small rush or delivery surcharge. We'll always confirm pricing upfront.
